Corrupt Cops and Shakedowns of the Poor

On January 5^th 2021, I wanted to give the second part of this address to the Redmond City Council about Redmond, Washington: Crooked Courts, Corrupt Cops & Shakedowns. 

Once again, I thank the Redmond City Council for the opportunity to present grievances of not one citizen, but a community as a whole. This is the second part of my address. 

Due to the number of incidents of corruption, incompetence or harassment, it would not be possible to detail a year of harassment by the City of Redmond, its Prosecuting Attorney and its Police Department in thirty minutes, let alone four.

Evidence Tampering by the Redmond Police Department?

A few months later, I received an email from Andrew Rice. In it he mentions the officer in the case, name T. Gresham, claims to have spoken to me three times.

I had, up to that point not spoken to officer Gresham. Once again, my appointed attorney Andrew Rice seemed completely unconcerned that a Redmond police officer claimed to have spoken with his client, not once, but three times. 

This might seem unusual but there is more.

By this time, it seemed more than apparent that Andrew Rice and the firm of Stein Lotzgar and Starr had no interest whatsoever in my defense.

I went to court and told Judge Gelhsen in a written statement that Andrew Rice should be disbarred and I wanted different council. This is all a matter of court and other records.

Karmali was the name of the next attorney the court gave me.

Karmali spoke to me for half an hour and tried to get me to talk more, although he knew nothing about my case. Finally, I had to hang up on him when I realized he was probably wasting my time so he could bill the City of Redmond for an hour.

I was called into court again, as I have been repeatedly, without an option for using Zoom or the phone. 

Before I went, I told Karmali I was not feeling well and didn’t think I should be in the courtroom that day.

In other words the King County court system and this Judge Gehlsen intentionally violated the laws and regulations of the City, County, State and US regarding the China Virus attack in forcing me into a courtroom where I could be infected. 

How many other people are forced into court under such circumstances and what have they done?

At this point, I reported Judge Gehlsen to the Washington State Corona Virus Task Force, the Center for Disease Control, the FBI and, I filed an assault complaint with the Redmond Police Department at six a.m. the following morning.

Who was the officer they had respond to my call? Officer T. Gresham.

I immediately asked him to confirm that he was the same one on my subpoena, which he did. 

I then asked him if he stuck to his story that Andrew Rice told me. The lie where he said he, “had spoken to me three times.” He replied that he was going along with whatever Andrew Rice said. 

T. Gresham was willing to admit to evidence tampering over the phone on a recorded line. Why did he think he could get away with it?

Redmond Police Officer T. Gresham got angry and threatened to hang up and not take my complaint of assault against judge Gehlsen of the King County District Court, which he didn’t do. 

Once again, Redmond Police Officer T. Gresham insisted I send an email to the Redmond Police Department. 

Since the name Gelhsen still appears on my subpoenas, it is obvious to me as it is to anyone who has ever been in the King County Court system, or the court system where ever you are, from the lowest court, to the highest, the real criminals are the ones practicing law in our courts, destroying lives and milking working Americans for a few hundred grand in taxpayer money every year.

First, forget the fact the person who assaulted me could have been psychotic and come after my wife and me.

Second, forget the fact I made a 911 call and when I asked about it, I was asked if I have any proof.

Third, forget the fact Redmond Police Officer T. Gresham lied when he told my lawyer he had spoken to me three times.

Also, forget the fact I have been to court  at least six times with a seventh on the twelfth of January. In all this time, due to the ill will and malfeasance of the court appointed attorneys, I am still acting as my own legal defense team.

Then, forget about the second attorney who spoke to me for half an hour. He then waited a month before I was drug into court against my wishes to have him tell me he couldn’t represent me.

Oh, and forget the emotional trauma and public humiliation of endless harassment and the accusations of a crime at the hand of Redmond Washington’s legal thugs.

While they continue their never-ending, taxpayer sponsored harassment, the legal thugs in the King County Court system commit felonies with impunity and immunity, and there no repercussions for them.

You might also forget the fact I have been denied my Constitutional Rights to a fair and speedy trial, legal defense, a restraining order which has no purpose other than preventing me from getting my own witnesses.

In addition, nevermind the fact this is at least my seventh supbeona (I’ve actually lost count) and threat I’ll go to jail if I don’t appear in court.

How Often Does the Prosecuting Attorney Commit Perjury?

No, forget all that.

The last time I was in court, prosecuting attorney Rebecca Mueller committed perjury in court before Judge Gehlsen when she said the firm of Stein, Lotzgar and Starr refused to represent me.

I told Gehlsen in a written statement all the reasons I had to fire Andrew Rice. Ms. Mueller was not in court that day.

It’s a matter of court record.

Then, and here is the good part. I told Ms. Mueller that in all the lawyers and courts, nobody had ever read me my rights. 

Who Pulled the Fire Alarm?

You can check the court record, before I spoke to fire Mr. Rice, Gehlsen did everything she could to shut me up, without reading me my rights.

According to Rebecca Mueller I have no rights since there was no arrest.

At that time Gelhsen, or someone in the court pulled the fire alarm. Suddenly, with no warning, the judge immediately dismissed the court!

Let me repeat that. As soon as Mueller announced I have no rights under the Constitution since there was no arrest, Gehlsen, or someone in the courtroom pulled the fire alarm.

The judge immediately dismissed the court!

A search of the internet doesn’t reveal any alarms or fires at the court. Ever.

The King County Railroad to Slavery

How many people have Gehlsen and Mueller and these crooked public defenders railroaded by committing perjury in their shakedown operation?

Citizens of Redmond, Washington, King County, Washington State and the United States. The problem is not the police. Police have to follow rules.

If you want to find the real source of your community’s, state’s or nation’s problems, look no farther than your local bar associations. We don’t need to defund the police, we need to change the laws and defund the lawyers.

If someone told me this story, I would not believe this could happen in the United States. But we are not in the United States.

Washington, Oregon and California are third world countries.

The crooked Democratic Party Machine in Washington State, Oregon and California, guarantees these criminals election to office.

Update

On the date of my scheduled court appearance, I tried to log into the courtroom session. From 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 I was unable to log in or, was able log in, but I was denied entrance to the court session.

The court employees with whom I spoke said the court was rescheduling. The next time they want to drag me into court is on…my birthday.
