On July 21, 2021, Redmond Prosecuting Attorney Stefanie Snow filed an Affidavit of Prejudice in total desperation. The Affadavit was aimed at King County Judge Micheal J. Finkle. Stating “I have reason to believe that I cannot have a fair and impartial hearing before the Honorable Judge Micheal J. Finkle and do hereby request that this matter be heard by one of the other judges of the above court.”
This act of desperation is simply the most recent in a long line of seeming desperate, illegal and corrupt actions. These actions are centered on denying myself, Matthew Heines, the defendant in the case from ever getting a fair trial.
On June 7, we referred Mark Mayo to the FBI for falsifying a court document and coercion.
In early July, I posted my official complaints on YouTube. I then submitted the video links to the FBI and King County Sheriff.

On Monday, July 19, I submitted my requests for subpeonas to the King County court. I request Kung Fu Master Mak Fai to appear as my primary witness.
I also requested Mak Fai be allowed to appear with thirteen sets of swimming goggles and two gallons of water.
On Tuesday, July 20, I submitted my evidence to the King County Court Electronically.
On Wednesday, July 21, I received a notification via discover of the Affidavit of Prejudice filed by Stefanie Snow.
What makes this act so pitiful and pathetic is the way they prosecution is ready to cry foul at the first hint they are going to lose the case. Up until the day I filed my witness and evidence list, the court had no problem with the Honorable Micheal J. Finkle.
Sociopathic Bullies
In other words, these bullies thought they could railroad an innocent person who was attacked at 24 hour Fitness. If there wasn’t enough evidence to convince the jury, then Officer T. Gresham would simply make it up. He would file a report based on a fictitious phone call Officer T. Gresham claimed to have made on March 3, 2020.
Now that there is enough evidence of criminal acts that have been taken place, the Redmond Prosecutor is desperate to find a crooked judge to avoid the complications that will accompany a ‘not guilty’ verdict.
With just two weeks to go, we can only hope that on August 2-4 2021, I can convince a jury what it’s like to be attacked in a swimming pool when you are so tired you can barely stand.
It’s been a very long and painful road for my wife and I. I hope this is going to be the end of this chapter of our lives and the beginning a large and punishing lawsuit for damages against the City of Redmond that will make them think twice about the cops they hire and the stories they believe.
P.S. The Jury decided in 20 minutes the whole thing was a sham and ruled not guilty.
