The following is the complaint I filed with the FBI Hate Crimes Unit on September 19, 2021.
I defended myself in court on August 3-5 2021 after of 18 months of harassment based upon the lies and perjury, as well as filing a false police report if Officer T. Gresham in support of a hate crime.
Now that I’ve presented my case to a jury – and won, I am going public with my story.
I have included copies of the official documents which denote the lies of in the commission and support of what is obviously a hate crime.
A Chance to Do The Right Thing
Before I do however, I wish to offer the City of Redmond the chance to do the right thing. I don’t believe in courts and I certainly don’t want to see our money end up in the hands of lawyers. Therefore, I would like to propose a reasonable settlement and arbitration. That way, you will look good in the eyes of the public.
Otherwise, the alternative is that you supported a hate crime against an injured veteran, certified teacher and United States Congressional Candidate in order to avoid a personal injury lawsuit.
Therefore;
To cover my pain and suffering, future medical and legal expenses, the damage to my name as an author, teacher and political candidate, the amount of money you pay must reflect the seriousness and danger of the hate crime of assault based on my race.
It also must reflect the massive racist bias in a charged of assault, thanks to the lies of the assailant being perpetuated Officer T. Gresham, the Redmond Police Department and the Prosecutor’s Office.
I believe in order to rectify the situation favorably in the eyes of the public, as well as cover medical expenses, pain and suffering, along with making sure you think twice about allowing your employees to commit and be accessories to hate crimes in the future, an arbitration of some sort is in order.
Redmond Railroad Express
My motivation is not money. As a Candidate for US Congress in Washington State’s 1st Congressional District, I cannot and will not let 24 Hour Fitness railroad me, or any American Citizen, just because they can get the simpletons at the Redmond Police Department to charge anyone they want with a crime.
If coming to some kind of settlement outside of court would be agreeable, please have one of your attorneys contact me by the first day of October.
Otherwise, I will accept that you do not take my offer seriously.
In that case, I will feel free to publish your failure to respond as an answer in the negative and will report it as such. If you will agree my offer is reasonable, then there will also be a report as your office and the City of Redmond accepting responsibility and going out of your way to make things right.
FBI Complaint
On November 4, 2019, I was deliberately and violently attacked in the 24 Hour Fitness Swimming Pool by an individual named Yuchuan Tian. After slamming into me while I was swimming, he then began screaming at me. The attacker, in violation of Washington State Law, forced me to defend myself.
As a result, I was forced to use force in order to repel Yuchaun Tian’s attack, which I was compelled to do under Washington State Laws of self-defense.
Subsequently, I was denied every civil right guaranteed in the US Constitution by the City of Redmond, The Redmond Police Department, King County and the King County Prosecutor’s office.
All in their defense of what was a clear and obvious hate crime against me based on the color of my skin and my country of origin.
The assault by Yuchuan Tian aggravated an injury to my knee for which I spent two years on L & I. Four months after the attack I had to seek medical attention at a clinic and the VA.
When I complained to the 24 Hour Fitness employee, she immediately asked me to leave.
In the meantime, she had already notified the police. I went home and filed an assault complaint with the Redmond Police Department.
The subsequent statement made by Yuchuan Tian: that I told him to go back to his country, clearly indicates the racist nature and motivation of his attack on me at the 24 Hour Fitness pool. This constitutes a deliberate and malicious hate crime.
The subsequent perjury and the false police report filed by Officer T. Gresham on March 2, 2020, constitutes accessory. He knowingly refused to follow up on my assault complaint. Then, he committed a crime in order to defame me in a fake report.
24 Hour Defamation & Slander
The perjury and defamation of the 24 Hour Fitness employees also constitutes crimes committed in the commission of a hate crime.
It shows a deliberate attempt by the 24 Hour Fitness Corporation to use the Redmond Police Department. They used the Redmond Police to keep me from filing an injury lawsuit.
From the second of the assault, until the final arguments of the Prosecuting Attorney, who had to resort to perjury.
From the supposed victim to Allie Richards of 24 Hour Fitness, Officer T. Gresham, Prosecutor Rebecca Mueller, Prosecutor Stefanie Snow, Judge Michele Gehlsen and Judge Marc Mayo have all been in prior complaints.

I have also notified the Redmond City Council, the Redmond Mayor and Press a number of times.
Not one person objected, signaling they had no problems with hate crimes.
However, I am now filing an official complaint for a hate crime with FBI and the Department of Justice. Also I have contacted the Washington State Attorney General and the Redmond Police Department (Sep. 18).
I realize the DOJ, FBI and the Redmond Police Department, 24 Hour Fitness, & the Washington Attorney General will do nothing about this complaint.
But I will.
I just need the world to know you supported hate crimes. Hate crimes against a US Citizen, a Congressional Candidate, a veteran, a teacher, an author and a film maker because of the color of his skin.
